very few do at this point imo, but when you are so underwater here what choice is there but to cheer on nothing.
and when has a ceo ever said anything but no "planned" r/s. what is he gonna say..well, maybe we will? lol. it will show up as an amendment one day on the nevada site if they ever get the money to file and be current again (still in default 1 month + later.) or there will be a merger/jv that will do the equivalent.
the excuse will be that they had to do it to for the deals to go through and its better for shareholders in the long run. just like when a/s was raised to 15 billion but o/s would not go up.
billions more are in the o/s since that was said by management.
there is no denying this and being accurate, but people will anyway.
