LOOK ONE MORE TIME, read the Colorado Corporate code and ask Jeff to give you a copy, or just look it up, of the document that clearly shows who and how the A/S was increased and how it can e lowered. This is all stuff you can do just as I have.

Exactly. Joe does 1 for 1000 r/s. So why haven't we seen same reduction of a/s?
