I have bee trying to cut and past it, and as it is a PDF I
can't, at least on an iPad. This is from the link from: Insights,
the Corporate and Securities Law Advisor, Vol 21, Number 2,
February 2007. Page 12, sub-para 3, I quote:

"The issuer must have published notice of it's plans to
delist, along with it's reasons for such withdrawal, via a
press release and on it's website at least ten days in advance
of the date upon which it seeks to file the form 25."

I didn't see that happen.
