Current price per share has nothing to do with market value of the company. That is what the buyout will be based on.

seems like a grey area, why not 50% to 100% of feb high? i get where your coming from but we don't know when the offer was made (if it was made of course). could be anything. should be a fun week though

Current price especially fridays price has no bearing on the valuation of this company. Last year the mcap was 50 million. Does that mean anything. No. We don't know the real value of the company when everything is factored in. Add these factors spyder, directbuy and other new clients, Dyne, Musci, Goldfarb. Who knows what an acquirer would pay for something like this. Anything is possible.
