HOW DOES IT MAKE SENSE?! They already increased shares in December.. When they were not in the pinks.. Why couldn't they just do it again. Read the filings from Friday they took shares out.. Not added shares.

WHY WOULD UOU RAISE THE AMOUNT OF SHARES IN THE PINKS? Theres no liquidity .. All this for dilution makes 0 sense to me.

They added 100 mil shares, then took out 13, then go to the links only to add another 100. How does that make any sense..
