Just because they have deregistered their shares and don't have to file financials with the SEC anymore DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY HAVE A FREE PASS TO DO WHATEVER THEY WANT NOW. THEY ARE NOT IMMUNE TO PROSECUTION. I spoke with the SEC yesterday and they made it very clear that if there is any evidence of fraud they will investigate.
They deregistered their stock. The SEC has very specific warnings about investing in non-reporting penny stocks. They expect people to pay heed to those warnings. If you pay no attention to what they warned you against, do you really think they are going to side with you? Pretty doubtful but you're more than welcome to try even if it is a waste of time money and effort.
