Doubt seriously if the buyout pps. is under .80 cents per share. Look at the last company Dyne took private,paid more than a fair price to stockholders.
Me too, Slyder. I think we can put together a class action suit. I may start investigating attorneys. I wish Dickie Scruggs wasn't in prison. I would love to get this thing going in a Mississippi court. They don't like rich foreigners down here.
