what do you mean "TAKES EFFECT"?, the involuntary ch 7 petition has been filed and the company has already filed with the SEC that they will not appeal and thereby accepted it. The company will be liquidated by the US Trustee, that is what happens in CH 7. That is an absolute certainty.

All officers and directors have resigned except 1 sole director.

The only assets, such as they are were, taken by management into a private company on Feb 23r. Please explain how this company can fly?
