Hey Paid, I have a question for you:
If I was in Montreal or Toronto and wanted to purchase large quantities of silver Maples at the cheapest price possible what venue would you use? What are Canada's export policies on bullion such as this, back into the U.S.?

When it comes to rare earths...China has massive minable light rare earth deposits (LREE) but nobody gets/has enough of the heavy rare earths (HREE)...which should be added to our list of strategic metals now that China has established exportation quotas on thier production. Truely rare, minable HREE deposits are indicated in Ucore's Dotson Ridge property up in Alaska (UCU/UURAF) and Avalon's Thor Lake project in the Northwest Territories (AVL). Other mining companies have plenty of LREE resouces with small amounts of HREEs, but no comparison to the HREEs the above two are sitting on. Many of the same deposits that led the world's production back in the 1950s here in north america, are being reopened/restarted since China tightened supply of REEs in 2010 (Molycorp's Mountain Pass Nevada mine comes to mind). China's cheap, plentiful supply of REEs in the last half of the 20th century drove most of these north american REE mines out of business. Now they are tightening the screws.
