I will admit I was suprised at the jump today but I will take it any way I can get it ;] $$$$$....
I wont deny that No biopsy news was a good thing...

I have info that others here obviously have not talked about yet today and I was waiting for someone to mention it...
I will possibly fill the board in as to what I know on Sunday unless some one else mentions it .....

I think that would be a big mistake. to many good signs. How about trying this dont check for a week look and friday and have someone there to pick you up when you faint..... Easy double price from here with no drama. jmo

The only red flag is on folks taking your advice. You imply there are no biopsy results for patient 2 and that is a nonsense.

Hi Gomez,

I've been watching your posts for a while. You seem to be what I classify as a 'nervous trader'. You see a little bit of green and want to jump out.

I am going to post a link to a chart I have annotated. The chart is pretty clear, CBIS is in a STRONG uptrend with a STRONG channel. A channel this thick should have a long and strong run with multiple waves. I believe we are just seeing the beginning.

There are many reasons CBIS may be waiting to release the biopsy news.

1) Seeking additional tests and confirmations
2) Timing with the April 5th documentary and subsequent press-releases and interviews
3) Legal considerations and certain precedents.

CBIS is probably very well trying to cover their ass and make sure that they have irrefutable proof and that they word the press release very carefully.


Meanwhile, CBIS could head to .70-$1 this year alone just on election speculation and more states legalizing. Look at the 2008 run when it was on the California ballot; Therefore, there is no great rush to release the bioposy results prematurely.

I'm glad they are taking their time and doing proper due-diligence.
