Well then, how far back was the deal made you think?

And if that's the case, why not just be transparent about it at this point? =/ Why not just tell us all this fat trimming, revenue adding, deregulation, and blackout period were all done because the acquisition/merger company requested it? If, instead, the company was trying to get back on its own feet, and at a certain point, for whatever reasons, said screw it, let someone else in a better position do the work and benefit and let's get what we can for the work we put in now, that would make more sense, at least to me. Shadow games; challenge accepted I guess.
