Yep I agree Bang Bang, I am not going know where and a lot of companies end up extending. It could be they want to add the 1st Qtr results into this one with the final foward advisor of how much gold they mined all 3 months of the 1st Qtr.

I would also be surprised to see it not filed before the CC. If they have to file for an extension, the 10k could come out just minutes later. It doesn't have to be a full 15 days.

We could get the 12b-25 Monday and the 10k on Tuesday.

I bet Rob and Mitch are jumping up and down, and kicking the auditors...at least calling them every 5 minutes, wanting to know how much longer.
