maybe they just didn't tell us it was a merger.

I Think they have a conscience. They could have not filed the 8k and s8's and pos earlier today. They could have just filed the 15 EOD today and left everyone in the dark over weekend. They didn't IMO for 1)let anyone get out that wanted out and 2)in the process of letting them out they can buy up all the shares they want so when merger is announced they have to cough up as little as possible.
