Coors Light? OK, but I had you pegged for something a little more, um, flavorful and interesting.

BTW, they use the same EDGAR filer as Dutch Gold. The NT's were filed concurrently, most likely in the same bulk filing batch. I wonder if the Companies paid for the filing or they were covered by a third-party that has a mutual interest in both stocks.

Not good at all. How anybody can feel positive and upbeat about a company that can't file it's forms on time is beyond me.

But, the tardiness does explain why there is no mining going on either. They just can't get the job done.
