They had some one-time expenses which are history. Important thing to me is still guiding for .30 to .35 for 2012.

If Q4 is seasonally weak, why should we expect it to be one of the quarters this year that earnings are slanted towards? Could he mean Q's 2 and 3?

Q1 = 5 cents

Q2 = 10 cents

Q3 = 10 cents

Q4 = 5 cents
