There have been a few instances when I've bought into something that looked to be in the 'safe zone' and then a r/s came out of nowhere. We typically think a r/s will happen when a company has diluted all of its shares and the pps has been sitting at 0.0001 for a while. Thats not always the case - I've been caught of guard like this before. Unfortunately, its not fake. The R/S is happening. If you wish to hold, glty, but remember that the execution date is supposed to be Monday.
