Why not? IMO that would be extremely unjust. Anyone having a substantial number of shares worth ( I think they were valued at .01) would have the right to sell those shares Monday Morning? and at what price. Shareholders that bought in at some higher levels might be at a disadvantage? Don't you think?
I'm not implying that anyone would do this .

BS is right, 14 years of conning people into thinking a short squeeze was imminent. !4 years of saying a deal was imminent. Easymillion, you are wrong about the deal. It's not a long term play. 14 year veterans will tell you that. It's a swing trade. The vapor deals always vanish, and waiting around for it to happen will not yield results. This years deal is no different. Why do you think it keps getting pushed back? Because of the partners time line ROFLMAO. Larry says there is no set date, that means LP and his buddies have all been lying. Any surprises there? The tell tale signs are there, and a month from now people will still be waiting for their carrot. Guaranteed.
