I agree,but then the other side of the coin,maybe they can see where this company is going and how much those shares could be worth one day,pretty sure it's gonna be a lotlot more than .01 As long as we get to share it's acceptable. real
Although I was a bit taken aback by the 45M shares for Joe and Denis, I'm not too surprised or upset. These guys have only been paying themselves about $50K for last last several years, they need to have some motivation to spur the growth. So I like that they should be really motivated to increase pps so they can become millionaires. I'd rather have them keep their salaries low and take the risk with the rest of us.
