LEHMAN BROS.HLDG 7.95% NON-CUM PERP PFD ESCROW CALL STARTING 2/15/2013....Well both my brokers have verified cusip changes today,(525esc711), and that they are indeed in an escrow account, still advising a loss however, understandable. I still haven't filed for litigation settlement(class action) here, is this a must, or only if we think we will NOT see some type of settlement in the future? Sorry for being "uneducated" here, but trying to protect what is left, if anything.
