I don't trust the FDA, so my opinion is that Vivus could get caught up in the latest baloney and not be allowed to do a post-approval study. When trying to figure out what the FDA will do, be cynical. Err on the side of caution. Not adding today. In fact, if the stock goes up a few more dollars before 4/17, I might take some money off of the table.
