I think to be honest is that they just screwed us for another month or 2, they would not file an 8k to say that then turn around and file another 8k to say YO merger buy out next week,..no they'll wait as long as they can..these guys just fu** us hard ..just like the fu** ppl back when it was selling at dollar +..they delisted, they brought their own price down i swear they're stealing money right from our hands what if they make it look like a merger buy out yet not saying anything so when they go bk or anything like that they can say haha not our fault..we nevr said anything about a buyout

Hope you're correct, or better yet, if it's less than 30 days to find out something.
FWIW I have an email in to TDA asking if they have any info on an impending halt.
Will post their answer when I get one.

And sorry to all for my griping today, as I really do appreciate the ones with their chins up. I refuse to sell at these levels so I will hope for the best.
