just as in 2012 why doesn't arne just pay off cornell with that "8 million in revenues"? answer...because there is no revenues.just as there were no revenues back in 2008.so the next question would be,why take 18 months for filings on a company with no revenues?

Theoretically, The companies are part of AWYI, so as the CEO I guess he can hock them if he wants.

What I don't understand is, if they are generating the revenues that we are led to believe and the money is going to AWYI, why do we need to borrow the amount of money that Arne is looking for?

I think he should just payoff Cornell with revenues from the companies AWYI has acquired, and everything else will work itself out.

because the rev's that are being brought in at this time aren't awyi's to use for any payoffs as they don't belong completly to awyi until the acquistions have payment made on them or paid off, hence waiting for the finalization of financing. can't answer anymore posts as i have a 1 post limit restriction by ihub for stating facts here and being deleted
