All a paid Lebed pump does now is to generate a little extra volume. It doesn't make the price go up and stay up. His last 2 pumps, BSPM and AAPH have both tanked well below where they were when Lebed started his pump. Wall Street Grand obviously have a bunch of shares they want to unload. A Lebed pump is the kiss of death for a penny stock
