Gary was an excellent teacher, and the best microcap stock picker I have ever known. He did a lot of research, paid the money for all the tools he needed to use, and this is one of my regrets....I still don't know what he used for finding all of these stocks. Also, he believed in calling companies which is my weakness....I don't call them often enough.

I am still upset about the loss of Gary. I did a few private messages with him during his chemo (I am a two time cancer survivor having been through surgery, radiation, and chemo), but I was hopeful that he would pull through this. My last private message with him was the 1st of August, 2011, and he sounded hopeful. I had to think that things were not going well when I sent him two more private messages later, and he did not respond.
