Tell me how long was the lag time between the time the Conditional loan was approved and when the funds were in their account? That would mean something, your argument here is irrational.

There you go, you just said it, before it got finalized it was
conditional, all loans start as conditional initially...

They didn't just walk in without negotiations, threw the money
on the table and took off lol. It went through the "conditional"
stage first till it was approved and finalized after a few months.
