well, I dunno for sure, but we have had plenty of 10ks - company has been very consistent on this - that won't impact pps - only if they don't release one.
EPA green light will help but still much to do to get to paydirt in that realm.
now dirt sales are a different animal... of course, depends on how big the sales are, but I think any kind of bona fide revenue progress will soon result in .04 levels - we broke into those levels recently on much less substance. IMHO
