You forgot Google, Atrinsic directly competes with Google and what a better way to get rid of a competitor then to gobble them up. Google has the money and wants to dominate the internet.

I think Microsoft Atrn. MS has the search enginge and Ad network. Atrn provides the analytics and SEO marketing stuff... MS has a ton of money and that is what it will take to compete with google.
