Ok here is my take on todays RFMK PPS (with a little help from a bridie in my ear and that is not LiBridie)

IMO remember that as a 'non qualifying as an insider' Mike is free to dump his shares, of which IMO we saw 5M today.

Reviewing the opinions from Recinvestor last night a question that I ask myself is: was he somehow behind Mike's need to sell some shares????

I find it very funny how he posted this sudden DD, and today 6M got dumped indiscriminately in the last hour of RFMK trading. IMO my read is that Mike could be selling to help finance RFMK things (such as "Product on the Shelves by EOM) until he (Mike) gets 'reimbursed' with RFMK new shares as in 100,000,000 shares (remember that move when Mike was just pulled as CEO this month). It would be the craftiest and wisest way for RFMK to raise new money without expensively discounted dilution and RFMK saves their A$$ with that nice little 03/23.12 RFMK PR on other funding options.

Sleep on that one tonight RFMK longs as we all enter tomorrow the last trading day of the month and yet RFMK still has no product on the shelves.
