It happened in one of the top gaining penny stocks in history when it was in subpennies before it ran to almost .30. I have only seen it in a few I have owned over the years. I saw it here today and only a couple will confirm but we all saw what happened and it was all very fast so all the messages had to be sent at the same time. I hope I hub admin bans them for a coule years. If they can catch them they always do. I feel sorry for anyone who sold into all that fast whacking because we have all seen the chase to get VPER shares when we are running is very hard.
