Rob, sorry the trip stinks but you will be taking a break soon.

Worn out from going non stop for days, couldn't even check on AVTX yesterday. Saw the drop at 5 pm when I got daughters internet connection working at college. Go Gators.

Sadly watched her walk off to a band meeting and practice at 6pm. All grown up. Won't see her for a while. Luckily I am just 2 hours from Gainesville.

Should be quiet around here for a while. Intend to pick up shares around 4.0 or less if I can, problem is, people have the same plan.

How convenient that Mr. Ball once again figured out a way to avoid posting revenue, or was that just his good luck.

Doesn't matter, he can't avoid it next time. Wonder if the million shares of his 16 million went to a relative?

You can't take it with you.

I am an occasional visitor here as AVTX is only one of my many holdings. I'm thinking of adding but trying to get a feel from the regulars as to why the stock has been tanking.

Here's my take so tell me where I am off base.

The company's PR and filings have been largely devoid of details over the years. They claim they are bound by security and contractual considerations. Each quarter, the anticipation builds up that royalties, which will flow largely to the bottom line, will finally show up on a Q filing. So each Q, we have a push up and then the disappintment of the filing, where each is pretty much boilerplate.

The past couple Q's hinted at dividends and stock buy backs so the anticipation was greater, but the results were minimal.

The registration of Ball to sell a million shares in a private transaction. Is this seen as negative? If it's a private transaction, it shouldn't go on the market and affect float. Any thoughts on that?

Questions persist that the royalties are less per unit and that the units are not moving as fast as anticipated.

Other products are slow in development as indicated by refusal of company to accept terms that required transfer of intellectual property.

Positives are that very little being paid out to management and that they have an incentive, strong insider ownership, to move the share price up.

My feelings is that this drifts down perhaps to the .02's before the anticipation builds up in 3 months again. Will next Q be different?

Thanks in advance for responses.
