The way I see it....the MMs want your shares for convertible notes. They are manipulating so there are no huge peaks and no huge valleys to try and keep stability to the pps at the same time.
Earlier......trading was going nicely with lots of buys at 35 and 36. Then all the sudden huge buy at 3 w/o any significant sell in between.
I saw that happen yesterday.
Basically....if you sit on a lot of money on the ask......they are gonna honor it somehow to get the shares.
