I know the company received a transfer of all trademark rights to the THERA MAX products as part of their deal a few years ago.
In my previous post I just wanted to point out that the company is already at breakeven or better based on current sales levels. They would be accretive to any potential buyer.
Nasal insufflation is nothing new. I couldn't imagine that there would be anything substantially unique about the delivery method compared to any other nasal spray. I guess it's the ailments their products treat via nasal insufflation that makes it unique. That being said, the bioavailability of chemicals are generally higher when insulfflated vs taken orally. Please correct me if I'm wrong about the delivery method. Thanks.
