I do suspect that something of this nature might be going on. It is not going public because some people would raise hell about BH being back in the picture. MG, of course, would burry the hatchet right away. He would care not about all the past. On the other hand, there are some large stockholders who might not like the deal, and there might be a scheme going on to keep these in the dark.

We will see.
