The person that said that is reliable. I'm sure his contact really didn't see it. But that doesn't mean it wasn't there.
K's and Q's are merely the recording of past events. If it has already happened, we would know about it. So don't look to the K as a source for the announcement of revenues. If you do, you are just setting yourself up for disappointment. When revenues occur, the company will likely report it immediately and not wait to disclose such an event in a SEC quarterly.
