The "uptick" in oil prices sure didn't benefit TIV ONE penny as it was 17 cents when that "solicitation to buy a report" advertisement article came out on the 21st and its less than 17 cents now.
Its going to take a lot more than those things to make TIV go up these days because the market place knows whats REALLY going on with TIV, regardless of oil prices, with the ongoing SEC investigation, lawsuits, weak production, bad financials, going concerns, and a fragile 17 cent share price with disproportional selling over buying everyday.
