While perhaps a bit crumbly,
at least for the moment, I suspect that Clever is very much part of the brick and mortar in this situation. As to whether or not he is making any progress with Ken and business, it doesn't appear that any one here has a clue at this time. All we have is darkness, no transparency and many investors standing in a RED pool of loss.
