In the note they talk about PINK SHEETS. I don't recall FLTT being a PINK SHEET company in 2010???? Am I wrong on this??

not too worried here, conversion is into restricted shares (6 months before they can use them). That makes the probability of a death spiral financing nil .... at least for this lender anyways.
