The clue for the 5th patient in the USA is that Lanza stated that the patient was treated a few weeks following the Lancet publication. Lancet was published on Jan 23 so that the latest patient to be treated would be early to mid Feb. It could only be the 2nd AMD in the first Cohort. The Europe patient was treated in Jan.
