I agree with SirCooper, the good ole buddy system is one where the buddies are campaign contributers. If government was interested in the technology they would tell Dow or Dupont to buy out BORK and then award the big contracts, but that should be a big pop for BORK shareholders, but a pop from the level the stock was at at the time of the take over offer. IMHO .33 might get a premium to .45 a share.
