we do not know if the new building is actually in use yet.
They are fsbricating #3 in the new building and will then have to move it to the production building and install alongside #2 and the during downtime of the others "hook it up".
I believe they have all the parts of #3 and possibly a few more machines, but until the new building is signed off by the State inspectors they cannot start putting the kits together.
I hope the 10Q will give us a clue in forward statements about when #3 will be installed and come on line.
Few months is a very valid statement to make as they have never actually done this maneuver.
