According to their Q3 2011 reporting:

Nine Months Ended
September 30,
Operating expenses:
Selling and general and administrative $1,344,152

If one were to dig deep into the "selling and general and administrative" generalized expenses... I would assume they would find some very disturbing & questionable expenses.

That is what I would call proper due diligence.
