Thank you for the thoughtful response.

I think we crossed wires on #2 though. I wasn't implying that Eddie was doing DD on the acquisition targets on message boards. I was suggesting that anyone looking to invest further would need to see evidence that the targets were all profitable, as claimed, rather than take an internet chat as evidence of the health of the targets.

Again, I wasn't on the chat, so I'm relying on others to fill me in. Thanks for your contribution.
