The latest article from Seeking Alpha and I have emailed David Pescod that has also written articles in TIRXF and he mentioned the permits are 3 months late. I will try to save the articles I find. I seem to find them and can not refind them. It was the Pescod article that mentioned the CEO being in Albania to sign the permits. I think TIRXF has been drilling, but not producing anything for market. They are waiting for permts to get starting on the milling, so they can begin to start earning money.
