Can you outline what the Boise Project has achieved, other than setting up a free wireless hotspot in one location, apparently using a 3rd party as the actual ISP to the site?

What happened to blanketing Boise with a SmartGrid? What happened to providing backhaul for the Big Boys? What happened to capitalizing on White Space? What happened on utilizing the old Wytec equipment for.... something...?

Does anyone *really* know what the heck Val is up??
