It must be working great. There is no way that they would hold the Managers Meeting at Philly if it weren't. (Unless Host is just a bunch of jokesters)

Do people really thing that host will not sign the contract now that the system is in and supposedly working great. It is a no brainer for them. Woof.

I don't think many people have doubts that something will be signed. What the contract (or partnership) is (amount wise, amount of hotels that it gets implemented, etc) and what how close the two will work together are two big questions here.

I believe that Host (Marriott) will or hased signed a partnership with them. Tivus has fulfilled their part of the workout, and now it is up to Host to finish the details. The current delay is the legal work to complete a partnership agreement, finish negotiations with Tivus as to their future path, and finish the framework. Implicit in the framework will be other hotels, perhaps the whole Host network over time. With this in effect, Tivus can become a real revenue company (they are in transition at the moment) and preferred share buy backs and financing will take place. June the 1st should be the date of completion of the partnership. GLTA. R3
