Yes you can. The higher the volatility, the more attractive the stock. Lower volatility is a safer play, just takes longer to profit.

VSPC's volatility has slowed for the past months, but seems to be picking up.

Take the nickel and dime stuff. The pipe dream of HUGE returns is a suckers play, imho.
