CLYW-cleverly buried it in another 8-k. He's gone!

the 8-k reads;
"Please be advised that on June 22, 2005 rendered my resignation and thereby resigned as CTO (Chief Technology Officer) of Calypso Wireless, Inc. with an effective date of July 22, 2005"

does that not say resigned as CTO...

E-Mail reads;
Robert Leon, because we do not have a final Settlement Agreement signed yet and until we do he is still officially an employee and officer of the company. He has submitted his resignation, but until we agree on the settlement, we have not accepted it.

so what i read is he resigned as CTO but was not accepted untill they agree on a settlement. and if it was accepted sense then he can still be employed in many other positions at Calypso.

Yes, it clearly says they accepted his resignation in their filing.
