Newbie question: Why is it that some sell orders and some buy orders don't go through even though I can see the price drop to the correct level on my Scottrade account screens? Sometimes, the price matches 3 times a day and still it doesn't execute. Is this because my volume is not large enough to be considered? I can understand if I have cancelled an order to buy - but even sell orders don't go through.
