Heres the cases in NY courts involving Atrinsic. Aside from the Converge Direct case which seems to be in the supreme court and not yet decided there are several other summons filed for clients not paying their bills. Roughly adds up to between 350k-400k. Not really chump change but who knows when any of the cases will settle.
