Well in this particular case I made that sale, I had a sell order in for over 500 shares @ .395 and it matched up with a Buy someone had put on for 100 shares at .4999 so it's possible someone was expecting the split and did try to paint it up by putting in that higher bid

10 bagger

Is NITE the boogy man of TEVED.. Some like to think that TEVED is down because of NITE shorting shares and lowering the offering on TEVE stock at any chance he gets.. TEVE may be the greatest thing since sliced bread but on paper it does not do what we buy stock for.. Stocks are bought for current and potential earnings and the chance that a company will share it's earnings with it's shareholders in the form of Div..

TEVE has for sure a backer that gives money to TEVE.. His pockets are very deep but each time he converts debt to stock he also deminishes the percentage that outside shareholders have.. While this may seem to be supportive of shareholders he has a double edged sword on his side.. That is if all fails he can and will use the tax W/O.. If all fails or he decides to stop funding how many shareholders would be happy with $0.30 on the dollar for thier investment..

Products of TEVE might be the greatest but if they don't earn money or lack a backer with deep pockets what are they worth to anyone.. ???

Back to NITE,, If the big backer gave money away and also gave them shares of TEVE,, is it possible that they might sell the shares to create funding for thier project.. It would not be the first time this happened and the fact that 70% of all over the counter orders go thru NITE is it at all possible that others are also selling TEVE.. NITE is not the Boogyman here,, it is those that believe they know where every share of stock is.. At one time I had/owned 70,000 shares and I sold it thru NITE in over a 4 month period and watched the comments on this board almost to the share saying that NITE was shorting the stock.. My stock came from an account that was in TEVE and ETCC almost as long as each was public and I helped him liquidate his account before his death.. I continue to manage his account and he is still alive and using his funds to travel with his wife of over 65 years.. So if the dispute is over a sale $0.4999 or if it was bought by a painter and what TEVEd is worth now I'll assure everyone that NITE's $ 1.40 bid is not to cover a short but is for my account because if bought there I'm sure the painter will make my purchase at least a ten-bagger and really isn't that the reason we all own stocks.. hank
